FAQ
How much are the sessions, what is included?
Each session is $350 plus gst. Sessions are 15 minutes long and include 5 photos.
What can these sessions be used for?
These sessions can be used for family, couples, maternity, portraits, engagement sessions or anniversary sessions.
What if there is bad weather?
We will only cancel the sessions if there is excessive rain or extreme winds. The sessions will continue if there is snow or clouds or even light or scattered showers. The weather here is so finicky and can change every ten minutes so we won’t call off the sessions unless there are extreme weather conditions.
When will my images be ready?
All galleries will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session date.
For an additional fee of $100 your images can be ready in 1 week.
How will my images be delivered?
You will be e-mailed a link to an online gallery. In that gallery will be all of the high resolution images from your session. You will be able to download 5 images for free. If you like more than just 5 of the images, the others can be purchased from your gallery for an additional fee. All of the images will be high resolution and print ready. your gallery will expire after 1 year, it is your responsibility to download and archive your images.
What happens if my little one(s) don’t cooperate or cry the entire session?
While I have yet to encounter a session where we can’t make some type of magic happen, it is important to note that unfortunately this is the risk taken with mini sessions. Due to the time limitations, we won’t have the ability to pull out every trick in the book the way we could with full sessions. That being said, be sure your little one sleeps (if needed) and eats before your session.
What if I cannot attend my mini session for an unforeseen reason?
It is very important to note that, as with all mini sessions, these are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be rescheduled for any reason. Please be sure you are 100% available for the date before paying for your session. Your session time and date is confirmed and booked once you have paid the invoice.
What locations are the photos at?
Exact location details and directions will be e-mailed to you once you book your session. The Calgary locations are all gorgeous parks within the city. The morning sessions will be in a park in the SW of the city, with cherry blossoms only if they are in bloom, the evening sessions will be in an open park in the NW.
If cherry blossoms are a must-have for your session please let me know as this might take some last-minute reworking of the schedule and flexibility on your end to catch them when they are in full bloom.
WINTER MINI SESSIONS
Winter minis will be available in both Edmonton & Calgary

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you are welcome to bring any of your pets for photos.
What happens if there is no snow?
If there is no snow, an option to post pone to another date will be made available for the Calgary dates. The Edmonton dates cannot be post poned so we will go ahead with your session regardless of snow.
Can I bring Holiday Props?
Yes if there is something you would like to include in your photos you are welcome to bring that! Blankets are always nice to snuggle up with if its chilli out! I have had people bring small potted trees, antique sleds etc.
I will have a holiday wreath similar to whats pictured for photos!

If you are wanting some outfit advice:
For your outfits, formal and simple is always better. Avoid large logos, spandex, hoodies, and anything unflattering. Dresses are always nice for the ladies, and jeans and a dress shirt are great for guys. If it’s colder out, leggings or jeans and sweaters are great options too!
Try to choose complimentary colors & patterns. Softer or simple colors tend to look best, avoid neon colors, and colors that clash with the environment or locations we’ve chosen for your session. Also try to avoid both wearing the same solid colored top (for example don’t both wear black).
