A little bit about Shawn and Katie: We met through Shawn’s sister, Caileigh Thomas who is one of Katie’s best friends. We got engaged on January 14th, 2015 at Shawn’s parents’ house. We were at our weekly family dinner and Shawn’s mother took me downstairs to show me something new she had bought and when we came back upstairs Shawn was down on one knee with our Nephew Aiden beside him, with a chalkboard sign saying “Auntie Katie will you marry my Uncle Shawn?” and of course I said YES!

It was a gorgeous ceremony & reception at the Old Timer’s Cabin in Edmonton. & Katie was looking stunning in a Truvelle dress from Delica Bridal. The bridesmaids were looking flawless in floor length grey chiffonDonna Morgan dresses, & Shawn was looking dapper in his suit from Derks Formals. The beautiful flowers, bouquet and a floral head piece were designed by FaBLOOMosity.
