From Birds & Honey: With Kilarney, Ireland as our backdrop, I wanted to create a design and aesthetic that consisted of a simplistic yet bold palette of fresh, luscious greenery; florals with hues of whites and ivories mixed with the most delicate touches of pale pink. Ireland is filled with so much grandeur and beauty, I really wanted to keep the design very simplistic and use our surroundings to capture it’s true beauty. We pulled the soft and organic details from the stunning one of a kind gowns that House of Delphine provided and the incredible floral’s that Ann Marie created. This truly made for an elegant and timeless design. This type of style would be perfect for a bride who is a lover of nature and the outdoors. She is the type of bride who prefers to be surrounded by beautiful blooms and appreciates the way the natural elements all incorporate themselves into her day. The subtle pale pink details truly add to the femininity and ethereal vibe of this editorial.
We also wanted to incorporate some of Hafez’s Poetry:
“And still, after all this time, the Sun has never said to the Earth,
“You owe me.”
Look what happens with love like that.
It lights up the sky.”
It doesn’t get sweeter than than nature mixed with some of the worlds most beautiful poetry.
