“Modern Vineyard Muse” Ancient native american pictographs were discovered on this family-run estate winery, which birthed the name of Painted Rock. Now known for its estate grown fruits & old world vines abundant in syrahs & merlots, the contrasting modern architecture on the legacy property stands like an art-piece. This styled shoot is inspired by the history of the vineyard and uses a colour palette derived from the tasting notes of it’s famous wines (dark plum, dark cherry, pepper, cassis, slate, vanilla, and coconut). This is the story of a refined & contemporary couple juxtaposed with the old world vineyard throughout their intimate wedding celebration. Vibrant florals in berry, peach and merlot, with textured glassware in smoke & crystal are used with patterned white dining plates, hemstitch linen napkins, and an abundance of stemmed candles. The handmade invitation suite gave guests a glimpse of the venue & surrounding beauty with a watercolour painting of the lush rows of estate vines.
