A few words from Brittany Messner of Life Set Sail: I have a certain style and I don’t tend to stray too far from it…classic, flirty, feminine, those are the styles you can typically see me sporting around town. But what I do wholeheartedly believe in is the power of details.
This outfit represents what I’m talking about so perfectly. The cuffs of the Anneke Forbes coat with its exposed zippers, the mother of pearl buttons on the floral Paper Crown blouse (on sale), right down to the laced straps on my ALDO Sorbara heels (also styled here). It’s all there! Not to mention accessories, which I firmly believe can completely transform even the simplest of outfits. I don’t where a lot of jewellery myself, it’s alway my engagement ring and wedding band, a pair of studs, and my favourite Daniel Wellington watch. I don’t like to be weighed down…quite literally.
